- Payment information processed through Stripe — we do not store full card data.
- VIN, license plate, and search query data you submit to run a lookup.
- Device, browser, IP, and usage telemetry.
How we use information
- To deliver the report or service you requested.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- To process payments and communicate transactional information.
- To respond to support requests and sales inquiries.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations including NMVTIS reporting.
Sharing
We share data with payment processors, NMVTIS, identity and fraud partners, and service providers operating on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
